hi, i'm so glad you're here.

i first found my way to yoga back in 2005, in college, when i was looking for a way to manage anxiety and get to know myself. what started as a coping tool became a lifelong practice, and eventually a calling.

in 2014, i completed my yoga teacher training at Motherheart Yoga in Philadelphia, grounded in classical yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the eightfold path. since then, i’ve had the joy of teaching all kinds of students from kids, athletes, pregnant mamas and new mothers, to beginners, and everyone in between.

my teaching style is thoughtful, intuitive, warm, and inclusive. i believe yoga is a mechanism to help us go deeper within ourselves, find our starlight and let it shine into the world. yoga should feel supportive and the practice looks beautifully different in every season of life. i’ve practiced while pregnant, postpartum, in recovery from addiction, and with my little ones doing laps around my mat.

whether you're brand new to yoga or finding your way back after time away, i welcome you here.

outside the studio, i’m a wife, mother, furry-friend lover, vegan, bookworm, and coffee enthusiast. i believe deeply in small acts of kindness, because at the end of the day, as Ram Dass said, we’re all just walking each other home.

class descriptions

gentle yoga

gentle movement, lots of props, breathwork in the beginning and at the end, a nice long savasana. this class gives space to deepen, stretch and let go of that which no longer serves.

all levels

vinyassa flow

movement linked with breath, warming up, building heat and cooling down, flowing with breath to balance strength with ease, moving toward the final pose and relaxing deeply, letting the body be still.

all levels

prenatal/postnatal

expecting & new moms

nurturing movement for new and expecting mothers, using props and safe movement to build strength, listen to intuition and absorb the beautiful power of motherhood

mommy & me

for mothers and their newborns

a class for mothers to play and stretch with their new babies. class is appropriate for pre-crawling babies. let your baby soak up the peace you create as you practice together.

yoga for kids

ages 5-11

wiggle, giggle and have fun as kiddos learn about yoga poses and philosophy. learning yoga as a child provides them with tools as they grow to manage the stress of life while still holding on to the beauty in each of us.

yoga for teens

ages 12-17

a time of big change, yoga will support teens as a powerful tool to come home to themselves, using breath, movement and meditation to relax the nervous system, build confidence and find beauty in a confusing world.
