how do i register for class?

where is exhale located?

exhale is located in Lewes, DE near Coastal Hwy and Rt. 9. since this is a home-based studio, when you register for your first class you will receive the address.
do i need to bring anything?

if you have your own mat, you are welcome to bring it. there are a limited number of extra mats here. we provide blocks, straps, blankets and other props for classes. if you would like to bring water you may do that as well.
can i bring my phone into the studio space?

no, phones, apple watches and other electronic devices are not allowed in the yoga studio space. if there is a reason why you need to have it, let rachel know prior to the class starting. this allows the space to be free from outside noise and a sanctuary for peace of mind and spirit.
how many students per class?

the maximum number of students in each class is 8. this allows us to provide 1:1 supportive guidance and modifications to each student.
how much are classes and how do i pay?

each class is a drop-in rate of $20 and can be paid with cash, venmo or paypal.
where do park?

there is parking both on the street and in the driveway
