Meet Rachel

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2005, first finding my way to the mat in college as a way to manage anxiety and reconnect with my body. In 2014, I completed my yoga teacher training in Philadelphia at Motherheart Yoga, rooted in classical yoga, breathwork, meditation, and the eightfold path. I have experience teaching all levels of students from children to athletes to pregnant and new mothers and beyond.

My teaching is steady, thoughtful, and inclusive. I believe yoga should feel supportive, not performative, and that the practice looks different in every season of life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, I welcome you.

Outside the studio, I’m a wife, mother, furry-friend lover, vegan, bookworm, and coffee enthusiast. I believe deeply in small acts of kindness, because at the end of the day, we’re all just walking each other home.

I approach both my teaching and my life with curiosity, warmth, and integrity, and I’m grateful to share this practice with others.
